Chase Senn PGA Professional

I was born and raised in nearby Leesburg, FL and have had the opportunity to see The Villages grow to what it is today. After graduating from the University of Florida in 2010 with a degree in Business Administration � Marketing; I decided to get into the golf business spending 4 years as a Golf Professional at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail � Oxmoor Valley & the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club respectively. In April of 2020 I made my way to The Villages working at Mallory Hill and in late October of 2021 I became the Golf Professional at Glenview Champions. I was elected as a PGA Member in September 2019 and strive to continue the mission of growing this great game. I am happily married to my wife Shelby and have a sixteen month old daughter Kendall. I am an avid golfer and enjoy getting out on the course and meeting new people. I look forward to seeing you at the club and hope to make your experience a great one.

Sue Monk Golf Staff Supervisor

Hometown: Reno, Nevada

I moved to The Villages in 2004 from Reno, Nevada when I retired from Washoe County as a Programmer/Analyst. I enjoy golf, kayaking, biking, and our rescued Boston Terrier “Otis”. I love working for GMS and have been so since 2005!

Desi Trabucco Golf Staff Supervisor

Hometown: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Desi Trabucco, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has resided in The Villages, Florida full-time since his retirement in 2016. Prior to moving to Florida, Desi worked in the construction industry for over 35 years and enjoyed living in multiple states across the USA. When he is not golfing, he likes to spend time with his wife, Angie and travel to the many beaches that Florida has to offer. Desi is a proud parent to his two children; Michael (of Northern Virginia) and Dana (of Lancaster, Pennsylvania). He has four wonderful grandchildren and loves spending time with them. Jackie Strecker Golf Staff Supervisor

Hometown: Kansas City, Mo

After 23 years in the airline industry, Jackie and her husband Larry (also a Country Club employee) retired in 2000 and moved to Florida from Kansas City, MO. In 2004 The Villages were in their sights and they never looked back. Jackie started working as an ambassador at Chula Vista and Mira Mesa in 2006, she transferred to Havana Country Club soon after its opening working as a starter, mentor to new employees, and eventually training as an Outside Manager. After ten years at Havana the opportunity arose to work at Glenview Championship course as an Outside Manager, and so the story continues! Jackie and her husband love the Villages Lifestyle and look forward to many more years as Country Club Employees.

Ron Terry Golf Staff Supervisor

Hometown: Hershey, Pa

Ron was raised in Hershey, Pa. After ending his schooling in the northeast in winter term, Ron moved to Boca Raton, Fla. in 1979. He worked at Boca Raton Community Hospital in the lab for a few years, then moved to Titleist, as a courier. A few years later, he took a position with Mizuno, coordinating tasks between sales, marketing, and advertising. Retiring for the first time in 1999, in 2003 he started working part time at a private country club in Boca Raton. After moving to The Villages in 2008, Ron met the love of his life, Lori, and they live happily in Rio Ranchero. Ron started working at Glenview in Dec. of 2014. Ron says "I've done every outside position at Glenview, and have enjoyed every one of them. It's the complete Country Club experience here."
